That's quite the hairdo and outfit Mia has.
They are both really cute! :-D
Mia's hair is quite natural. It has only really started growing this year and this is how it's grown. Previously apart from her clothes everyone thought she was a boy.
That's right, I think I remember pictures of her with short hair.
