Uncle Bob
This is Uncle Bob. He's 100 years old and until recently, was living alone, independently and was lucid and mobile. But he fell, broke his hip, had a mild stroke. Now he is in a wheelchair in a nursing home and kind of confused. I hope he recovers.
How sad. What a horrid thing to happen. He may have had a good life but what a shame he didn't just pop off when he fell instead of breaking his hip and having a mild stroke. Sorry but that's how I'd feel if it were me anyway. He doesn't look very happy does he. But a great image Mary. Just typical of a care home. I like that you have the other old lady in the background and probly it does look better in b&w.
I don't want to say it would be better if he died, because he could still recover. (But the last time I saw him when he was lucid, he told me he was "just waiting to die.")
He said there was no one there he knew (he's used to living alone and was confused by all the people, bells, buzzers etc).

Yes, it was very sad.

Bless him!
I pray for him, that God's will be done in his life.
Thank you! :-D
