Season, Monday Feb 4

It's Family, Friends and Season Day! (According to our old schedule).

The ice is piling up on the shore of Lake St. Clair again.

The second one is Ortonized--which just seems to give it a black haze
around the trees.

And what's more you have been travelling even if not very far so it qualifies anyway.

The first one is really quite funny. You could almost have moved the swingseat and the grass to the foreground of a different shot. I suppose it might be quite nice to sit there and watch the ice even if it was for only a short while.

The second shot must surely be in the same park as your other great shot that got either a finalist or a win on BP. This isn't quite so good because the other one was a wonderful composition of a fantastically shaped tree. But even so this is a great shot to get lost in. I love it.

one would almost thing this swing was moved for the photo. you almost expect Keith to be sitting in the swing with a furry hat coat and mitts long for the ice to melt.

Keith would surely have been the icing on the lake!
